Support for Civil Society Organisations in 2026
In 2026, the Talentum Foundation will again carry out a comprehensive professional programme aimed at strengthening civil society organisations and enhancing the social visibility of volunteering. The programme is implemented with the support of the National Cooperation Fund.
One of the key events of this year is the Civil Market, which will once again provide an opportunity in autumn for civil organisations in the region to present their activities. The event aims to create direct connections between local residents and civil communities, while also showcasing the diverse and value-creating work that takes place behind the scenes every day. Through interactive formats and personal encounters, the programme helps visitors learn more about civil initiatives and encourages active civic participation.

Another important element of the professional programme is the Talentum Workshop, which offers a practice-oriented professional forum for leaders and staff of civil society organisations. The workshop aims to provide a space for exchanging experiences, reflecting on organisational practices, and jointly shaping future directions. Through structured discussions and group work, participants can strengthen their professional competences while reflecting on the operation and development of their own organisations.
The remaining part of the grant will be used to ensure the operational background necessary for the safe and predictable implementation of the professional programmes.
The implementation of the programs is supported by the Bethlen Gábor Fund Management Ltd. within the framework of the National Cooperation Fund.
