BADGE – Digital Badge for the Recognition of Knowledge and Skills Acquired through Non-Formal Education”

    2023-1-HU01-KA210-ADU-000154262
    2023.11.01-2025.09.30.
The main objective of the project is to ensure that the learning outcomes acquired through the training and capacity-building activities of civil society organisations become visible, and that the knowledge and skills gained through socially oriented training programmes are recognised and certified for participants.

Within the framework of the project, we are developing an online methodological guideline that provides step-by-step support to civil training organisations. The guideline ensures that the formulation of learning outcomes is integrated already at the planning stage, followed by their achievement, assessment, and ultimately the documentation and presentation of individual learning outcomes.

Through this approach, non-formal learning activities become outcome-based and learner-centred, particularly with regard to adult learners.

The long-term objective of the project is to ensure that the skills developed through non-formal training programmes can be formally recognised, reflected in individuals’ CVs and digital badges, and contribute to a clearer understanding of the competences each training programme enables participants to acquire.
