Volunteer Actions and Civil Market

The professional programme implemented through the grant was structured around two pillars, focusing on organising the Talentum Foundation’s two main areas of activity and its flagship initiatives that have defined the organisation since its establishment.

Accordingly, in 2024 we sought to elevate the Civil Market event – celebrating its 10th edition – into a more festive programme of slightly greater scale.

In addition, we aimed to connect to the national programme series Volunteers’ Week by implementing volunteer actions. Within this framework, our Foundation cooperated with partners representing three key areas of our volunteering activities: volunteering with older people, theatre volunteering, and hospital volunteering.

Through the programmes delivered, we sought to set an example for local residents regarding the value of volunteering, while also placing the spotlight on the participating institutions and civil society organisations.

The remaining portion of the grant is allocated to ensuring the background support of the professional activities through the coverage of operational costs.
